We ask that initial enquiries do not include appellant or client personal data unless a secure, agreed instruction process requires it.

Confidentiality is observed subject to law, professional duty, and any court or tribunal order.

Retention and rights

We do not retain personal information beyond what is necessary for the stated professional purpose, legal obligations, limitation periods, and defensible record keeping. You may request access, correction, restriction, objection, or information about processing by contacting us. Concerns may also be raised with the Information Commissioner's Office.
