Assistance for counsel
Direct access instructions are assessed for the question the evidence can properly address, the materials required, and any relevant procedural timetable. The report remains independent of the client's case theory.
Tribunal-ready analysis
Evidence can be directed to issues arising before the FtTIAC and UTIAC, including country conditions, state protection, internal relocation, or the context of documents and events.
CPR Part 35 duty
The expert's overriding duty is to the Tribunal or Court. Reports set out methodology, source material, limitations, and the basis of opinion so that counsel can test and deploy the evidence appropriately.
