NGOs & Strategic Litigation

Independent research and expert evidence for public interest organisations and litigation teams.

Public interest evidence

Instructions may concern evidence relevant to a discrete claim, a country context, or a wider legal challenge. The proposed work is considered against the actual issue and forum, rather than an assumed litigation outcome.

Research that can be scrutinised

Analysis identifies its sources, date range, methodology, and limitations. Where legal proceedings arise, evidence is prepared with the expert's overriding duty to the Tribunal or Court in mind.

Proceedings and confidentiality

Reports may assist in FtTIAC, UTIAC, or judicial review contexts where the subject falls within the expert's remit. Any use of case material must respect confidentiality; anonymised citations, including AA (Pakistan), are used where appropriate.
