Independent, current country evidence for asylum, human rights, and protection appeals before the FtTIAC and UTIAC.
Targeted persecution assessments
Reports assess the individual's claimed risk profile against reliable, contemporaneous country material. Instructions commonly concern political opinion, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, family association, gender-based harm, and imputed affiliation across MENA, South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America.
The analysis distinguishes general insecurity from a real risk to the appellant, and identifies both supporting and adverse material. Anonymised case references, such as AA (Pakistan), are used in accordance with professional confidentiality.
Internal relocation and state protection
A report addresses whether relocation is safe and reasonable in the circumstances, including reach of persecutors, registration and documentation barriers, housing, livelihood, medical needs, and support networks. State protection is evaluated in practice, not merely by reference to formal laws or stated police policy.
CPR 35 and PD 35 methodology
Opinions are confined to the expert's field, sourced transparently, and prepared with the overriding duty to the Tribunal or Court. Reports set out instructions, materials considered, assumptions, reasoning, limitations, and a statement of truth consistent with CPR Part 35 and Practice Direction 35.
