CPR PART 35 COMPLIANT
Expert

Professional instruction

UK Immigration Solicitors

Clear, independent evidence to assist solicitors preparing asylum, protection, and human rights cases.

Focused instructions

Instructions can identify the issues requiring expert assistance, relevant procedural directions, hearing date, and material already in the bundle. Scope is agreed by reference to the individual case, not a pre-determined conclusion.

Evidence for tribunal proceedings

Reports may address country conditions, targeted risk, state protection, internal relocation, document context, or other matters within the expert's field for the FtTIAC and UTIAC.

Independence and methodology

Under CPR Part 35, the overriding duty is to the Tribunal or Court. Opinions explain sources, reasoning, assumptions, and limitations; anonymised references such as AA (Pakistan) are used where appropriate.
